Proud moments, good vibes and a guiding light – our life jackets, lifeboats and a lighthouse of purpose
Deliberate Reflection
My Life Jackets
It began with investing with well honed thoughts – discarding the noise, embracing the glow of reflection
I have transitioned from reacting to random thoughts to becoming a seasoned intentional thinker – one who nourishes the mind with purpose, clarity and care.
By this I can spread calm and the refined thoughts – sparking meaningful conversations, wiser decisions to uplift others.

Small Steps, Big Blooms – Elevate, Evolve, Flourish
Cultivating Creativity
Exploring creative space through flower arrangement, embroidery, painting and tools like Canva has become a joyful way to express parts of myself that teaching alone couldn’t.
ACTION STEPS
Set aside time regularly and refer beginners YouTube channels for it, buy do-it-yourself kits, attend workshops.
Just do it – Perfection can wait
The best time is now, not tomorrow. Take action today — embrace progress over perfection, tackle challenges as they arise. True leaders act — they don’t procrastinate.
ACTION STEPS
Set clear and realistic deadlines. Prioritize the tasks. Use the two-minute rule — if it takes less than 2 min do it immediately. Commit to just start and not to hesitate. Eliminate distractions.
Mastering communication
The desire for clarity and to express myself confidently led me to value meaningful communication. It builds trust, guides decisions and deepens authentic connections.
ACTION STEPS
Stay open-minded and actively contribute my voice in opportunities that challenge my communication skills.
